All initial consultations require a complimentary consultation form. I try to keep my prices competitive  in order to help as many people experience Reflexology as possible.  Appointments are available at my home treatment room in Christchurch. 

Traditional Foot Reflexology

50 minutes £30

Wonderfully relaxing treatment that begins and ends with a relaxing foot massage and concentrates on balancing all the systems of the body using reflexology points. Upgrade your treatment to an hour by adding a rejuvinating Epsom salt & essential oil footbath to the start of your treatment - £2

AromaReflex

1 hour - £38

AromaReflex combines the wonderful effects of Reflexology with the powers of Aromatherapy. Your treatment begins with a cleansing foot spa whilst I mix a bespoke blend of essential oils depending on your needs. Throughout the treatment the oils will soak into your system, leaving you with a feeling of total wellbeing. As an additional treat you get to take the rest of  your balm tin home to prolong the effects of your treatment.

Crystals are a wonderful addition to Reiki treatments, & their vibrations can absorb any negative energy; promoting emotional & spiritual healing.

Crystal & Chakra Balance AromaReflex

1 hour - £40

The seven chakra's can be associated with the endocrine glands; an important system of the body which deals with the production and regulation of hormones. Your reflexology treatment will be enhanced by an endocrine support essential oil blend added to the foot balm. A rose quartz Gua Sha, chakra stones & crystals will be used during the treatment which will promote emotional & spiritual cleansing & balance.

Reiki

35 minutes £30

Your Reiki routine will begin & end with some gentle sound therapy & guided breathing to help you achieve total relaxation.



Reiki-Reflex

75 minutes £45

The ultimate inner winner of holistic treatments! Starting at your crown  enjoy a chakra focused Reiki routine which will flow into a relaxing foot massage & Reflexology  treatment. 



Reiki-AromaReflex

75 minutes £50

 Hot stone Reflexology

50 minutes - £38

The use of hot stones in healing treatments has been around for thousands of years. Their use is based on the principle that heat relaxes your body at its deepest level.
